I always have a wonderful experience when I go to Toyota. Erica and Chad are the best & Vanessa’s quarterly and annual reminders are always in alignment with when I actually need to go back to have them check something on the car😁 I have lived out of town at times and will drive back in town just to have them look at my vehicle.

I had been searching for months for the car that I wanted and Lake City was a breath of fresh air. From the start, Ariel-Sales Consultant and Nate-Sales Manager made the process easy. They did all the paperwork remotely via Docusign and it was a breeze. They were honest and not pushy at all. There were no undisclosed fees or weird unwanted add ons. They even delivered my car personally to my home in Tampa that is 3 hours away, one way. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a better experience with a car dealership. These guys deserve a reward and Toyota should be honored to have them as a representative of their products and services.

Went in for 10K service and all was done as expected.

I take my Toyota for any service, repair, or upgrades to LC Toyota. They are always friendly and willing to do more than the average dealership.

The process was easy, felt welcomed, and the staff were super helpful. Also the Sales Rep Rykar knew quite a bit about the vehicles which helped make deciding easier, and didn’t try to haggle me into debt. Very satisfied with my purchase

Excellent customer service and good overall service

My service advisor Erica and my technician Chris were great. For a Saturday it was very busy but she got me out at a descent time. While waiting the service manager Nick offered me some lunch that was provided for the staff, which was a generous offer. I really enjoyed it and I love my Toyota. Thanks Toyota 😊
